Syphilis outbreak affects porn

AIMThe Adult Industry Medical (AIM) Healthcare Foundation has issued a warning to porn performers about current risks of working in Eastern Europe.

Dr. Sharon Mitchell released a statement saying "I just want to make sure that everyone realizes there is a huge outbreak of syphilis. Right now [the] Czech Republic and Hungary are in quarantine until the end of November…I am telling you right now, that if you are going back and forth to [Europe] you are not safe from this syphilis outbreak."

And because "U.K. companies are using Czech, French, Italian [and] Spanish talent" she is warning of the potential for the quarantine, and the outbreak, to spread. Initially AIM targetted the straight community with the news, but with some men performing in both straight and gay productions, queer productions are also at risk.
