Making 'Hard Choices'

The season's most popular award ceremonies have red carpets, fancy statuettes and exclusive after-parties, but they all lack the one thing that make our favorite awards stand out: hard cock. Luckily, X-Factor Magazine's Hard Choice Awards have plenty to go around!

The 12th Annual Hard Choice Awards are a no-frills celebration of the year in gay porn. And you don't even have to sit through two hours of commercials to find out who the winners are! A list of victors and honorable mentions in 30 categories, ranging from "Most Romantic Sex" to "Deepest Throat," can be found on X-Factor's website.

2005 was a good year for X-Factor, as it upgraded its format to a monthly glossy and expanded its distribution to 23 major cities acoss the US.

This year's awards were compiled by X-Factor's Onan the Vulgarian, who thankfully has better taste in dick than the Academy does in movies. Here are some of this year's winners:

*Best Film(s): Decameron tied with Michael Lucas' Dangerous Liaisons

*Performer of the Year: Gus Mattox

*Best Videography: Love and Lust

*Best New Kids on the Block: Director, Kristofer Weston for Leatherbound; Studio, Adonis Pictures; and Performer, Blu Kennedy
