Last year, porn model Sebastian Young was arrested and charged for threatening to kill a police officer. At the time, police were investigating claims that Young had raped his 5-year-old daughter.

 

Concerning the threat, Young was able to work out some sort of plea deal to reduce the felony charge of corruption by threat of public official to a second degree misdemeanor. He pleaded guilty of "disorderly conduct" for making the threat and was given just 60 days behind bars. He also got credit for time served.

 

However, the worst is yet to come as he is still facing charges in connection with allegations of sexual misconduct with his child. (The charges include sexual battery on a minor, molestation of a minor, unlawful transmission of an STD via sexual intercourse, incest and aggravated child abuse.)

 

If found guilty, he will likely be sentenced to prison for 25 years. Bail is currently set at $2 million.

 

Young is used to being behind bars, having been arrested over a dozen times (including charges for reckless driving, battery, aggravated battery, false imprisonment and violation of parole).

 

The trial officially begins on 2 October.
