Zac Efron versus Hugh Jackman

Next week, two sexy celebs will be hooking up for a new movie release; Hugh Jackman and Zac Efron are both appearing in the film The Greatest Showman. We'd love to say they play a romantic couple, but sadly, that isn't the case.

The movie is part period drama, part biopic, and part musical and is inspired by the story of how P. T. Barnum started the Barnum & Bailey Circus, as well as the lives of its attractions. Jackman takes on the role of Barnum and Efron plays Phillip Carlyle, a stage actor.

The movie has actually been in the works since 2009, when Jackman agreed to take on the title role. But it took eight years to finally get it finished as, according to Jackman, Fox Studio dragged its feet fearing that an original musical would be a flop at the box office.

Both Jackman and Efron have proven that the camera really does love them, and we'd happily check either out on the big screen (and the bigger the screen and the fewer the clothes the better!).
