Landlord caught having sex in tenants' apartment

Most landlords will give at least 24-hours' notice before entering your apartment, but Carlos Quijada thought he could sneak in any time to work on some plumbing. Sadly, the plumbing he had in mind was not in the tenants' bathroom.

Last month, Quijada illegally entered a residence. He brought his buddy and the two had sex on the couple's bed. Worse, one of the men used the wife's dress as a cum rag! (At least it was already in the laundry hamper, so it was going to be washed anyway.)

Logan Pierce was alerted on his smartphone that his Nest system had detected noise in the apartment. He pulled up the video feed and watched the six-minute act -- which included oral and anal sex -- as it happened live.

The Colorado Springs Police Department has since arrested Quijada for criminal trespassing, a felony, and misdemeanor obscenity.

The couple is now living in a Super 8 hotel (which would be like sleeping where 100 landlords snuck in and had sex on your bed, so not much of an improvement!)
