Vote: Would you consider using Botox for "perfect" balls?

Crotch block from Scrotox.Lay back. Place your legs in the stirrups. And say awwww (... or, maybe, OUCH?)

There is a new type of cosmetic procedure that reaches places never reached before. It is called Scrotox, and it involves Botox in your scrotum. In Britain, the number of men seeking the treatment has doubled in just one year (though we don't know the actual number; it could be ten).

For about $5,000, the treatment promises to do away with wrinkles and sweating, and the sac will appear bigger as the muscles relax.

But wait! Plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Norfolk said that, as far as the wrinkles are concerned, they're pretty much there to stay.

"In terms of results, injecting Botox into the scrotum may help with any sweating issues, but won’t have much of an effect on wrinkles," he said. "There is lots of loose skin on this part of the body, that an injectible treatment just can’t shift."

You need surgery to actually get rid of extra skin.

He added: “Also, patients should manage their expectations in terms of results, it could prove very costly and nerve wracking to go through, for very little in return.”

And why would you want to do away with ball sweat, anyway?
