Porn model Jesse Colter claims he was kicked out of Kentucky Kingdom water park after being threatened with arrest and called “queer” by a police officer, just for wearing a sexy red swimsuit.

 

According to Colter, his outfit was okayed by a Public Safety Officer before he entered the park, but after entering he was approached by a Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) officer who called him “queer” and ordered him to leave or face arrest.

 

The private amusement parke does have a dress code and reserves the right to determine whether guests are dressed inappropriately. It reads "Guests must wear shirts and shoes at all times while at Kentucky Kingdom, except when inside the Hurricane Bay water park. Proper swimming attire is required at Hurricane Bay ... Kentucky Kingdom is a family-friendly theme park and reserves the right to determine whether a guest’s attire is appropriate.”

 

This is the only pic we have, and we can't make out what it says across his butt or what he's showing up front. In any case, there's no excuse for a police officer to use homophobic language ... even in Kentucky.
