Bananas stand in for art student's virginity

The art school student who promised to lose his anal virginity as part of a live performance piece pulled a fast one at the last minute. Tease!

Last October, 19-year-old Clayton Pettet announced that he was planning a performance piece called "Art School Stole My Virginity."

"I've held on to my virginity for 19 years, and I'm not throwing it away lightly," he said at the time. "Basically it's like I am losing the stigma around virginity. ... I want the audience to see if anything has changed between me and my partner."

On April 2, the big day had finally arrived. But instead of losing his cherry, he asked members of the audience to fuck his face with a banana.

"I am your anal virgin," he told each person. "You are my partner. Pick up a banana. Now penetrate my mouth eight times."

Does that mean his mouth symbolized his asshole?

"I think if people were expecting something else, it shows what they really wanted" Pettet said afterwards. "They didn’t want an art piece, they wanted to see me have sex. If they came for the art, they wouldn’t be as disappointed -- they’d know there were things to read between the lines for."

As we've already told you, Pettet's virginity is a big question mark, as a rival artist claimed the two had sex a week ago.

As for Pettet's 'art piece,' it was pretty anti-climactic (in more ways than one). But at least he used a classy phallic symbol.
