Dina McGreevey: as innocent as she claims?

Theodore Pedersen isn't buying Dina Matos McGreevey's claim that she had no clue of her ex-husband's interest in men. The former aide to New Jersey ex-Gov. Jim McGreevey alleged this weekend that he had sexual trysts with McGreevey and his now-estranged wife while they were dating,  before the governor took office. McGreevey resigned in 2004 after his affair with another male employee become public knowledge.

Pedersen told The Star-Ledger that he took part in weekly threesomes (dubbed  "Friday Night Specials") with both James and Dina between 1999 and 2001. The evening would begin with dinner at T.G.I. Friday's before the three headed back to the condo for some fun.

"I wanted to get this out now because it was so offensive to me that she goes on television playing the victim," Pedersen said. "She's trying to make this a payday for herself. She should have told the truth about the three of us." [more]

Pedersen claims McGreevey came up with the idea. "Jim and I thought we could see if she would go for it - beyond just the hints in conversation. ... So one night, we came in. I went down to the basement bathroom, and when I came up, to my shock, she was basically undressed and on the loveseat with Jim. So I sat on the couch and watched and eventually joined in."

The legal battle over their divorce will start in May so we've not heard the last of this story. Maybe someone will even leak Pedersen's nude pics. Please!
