Nelly Furtado's subtle nod to queer designers

Canadian singer Nelly Furtado is getting ready for a comeback and stopped by Seth Meyer's show to debut her latest single "Cold Heart Truth."

What many people watching the show may not have realized, however, was that her entire outfit reflected the creative work of various queer artists of color.

She was styled by Brooklyn's Phil Gomez, She wore a Nicopanda blouse (designed by OUT100's Nicola Formichetti), a faux cowhide coat by queer brand Daimorf, necklaces from Chris Habana and wide-legged lace trousers by Gypsy Sport. It was subtle, for sure, but it certainly helps share the work of these LGBTQ designers with a larger audience.

Bravo Furtado!
